3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

4. How Loybo Works

4.1 Cashback Mechanism

1. You browse offers and deals from Merchant Partners on Loybo
2. You click through Loybo's affiliate links to make purchases
3. Merchant Partners confirm your purchase and pay us a commission
4. We share a portion of this commission with you as cashback
5. Cashback is credited to your Loybo account after validation

4.2 Cashback Eligibility

To qualify for cashback, you must:

• Click through Loybo's affiliate link before making a purchase
• Complete the purchase in the same browsing session without navigating away
• Not use ad blockers, VPNs, or browser extensions that interfere with tracking
• Purchase eligible products (some categories may be excluded)
• Not return or cancel orders that generated cashback

4.3 Cashback Rates and Timing

• Cashback rates vary by merchant and are subject to change without notice
• Cashback is typically credited within 30-90 days after purchase confirmation
• Timing depends on merchant payment cycles and validation processes
• We do not guarantee cashback amounts or processing times

5. Cashback Withdrawal and Payouts

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

You can withdraw cashback once you reach the minimum threshold (e.g., ₹100 or as specified on the platform).

5.2 Payment Methods

Cashback can be transferred to:

• Bank account (via NEFT/IMPS/UPI)
• UPI ID
• Digital wallets (as supported)

5.3 Processing Time

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks

5.4 Fees and Charges

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Multiple Accounts: Create duplicate accounts to exploit referral programs or bonuses
• Automated Tools: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Circumvention: Attempt to bypass affiliate tracking or manipulate cashback calculations
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Data Scraping: Extract data from the platform for commercial purposes
• Misleading Content: Post false reviews, spam, or misleading information
• Legal Violations: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

7. Merchant Relationships

7.1 Independent Relationships

Loybo acts as an affiliate marketing platform. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality, availability, or pricing set by Merchant Partners
• Merchant customer service, returns, or refund policies
• Disputes between you and Merchant Partners
• Changes to merchant terms or cashback offers

7.2 Third-Party Terms

Your purchases are subject to the Merchant Partner's own terms and conditions. You agree to comply with their policies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Loybo's Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Loybo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Create derivative works based on our platform

8.2 User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content to Loybo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Loybo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Security or freedom from viruses
• Specific cashback amounts or merchant availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loybo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total cashback earned in your account
• Third-party actions, including Merchant Partner conduct
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss

9.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loybo, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Fraudulent or illegal activities

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination
